These Terms of Service apply to digital products purchased from Agent Help Systems™ through agenthelpsystems.com. By purchasing, accessing, copying, or using a product, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Product

The Interactive & Automated Real Estate Contract-to-Closing Checklist is a digital product designed to assist real estate professionals with organizing buyer-side transactions from contract ratification through closing.

The product is provided as a Google-based system and requires a compatible Google account and access to Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script.

License and Permitted Use

Your purchase provides you with a license to use the product within your own real estate business and for your own transactions.

You may make working copies as reasonably necessary for your permitted use.

You may share your working checklist/system with team members, assistants, or transaction coordinators who are helping manage your transactions.

The original checklist system, templates, source files, automation, formulas, scripts, or other underlying components may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, published, or provided to another agent, team, company, or business for their independent use.

The product may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for the purpose of creating, developing, selling, or distributing a competing product or template.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Purchase of the product does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying design, content, templates, formulas, automation, scripts, structure, or other intellectual property.

Product Customization

Certain areas of the product are designed to allow users to enter or modify tasks, dates, notes, and transaction information.

Altering formulas, scripts, protected areas, system templates, sheet names, or other underlying functionality may cause the product to stop functioning correctly. Agent Help Systems is not responsible for problems caused by modifications to the underlying system.

Professional Responsibility

This product is an organizational tool and is not a substitute for professional judgment, brokerage requirements, contract review, legal advice, or compliance with applicable laws, regulations, MLS rules, or real estate licensing requirements.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all contract dates, deadlines, calculations, tasks, and transaction requirements.

Third-Party Services

The product relies on third-party services, including Google. Agent Help Systems does not control and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, limitations, or discontinuation of third-party services that may affect product functionality.

Digital Product Sales & Refunds

Because this is a digital product providing access immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or copied.

If you experience a technical problem or do not receive access to the product, contact Agent Help Systems within 7 days for assistance.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Support

Reasonable support may be provided for initial setup and product functionality.

Support does not include customization of the product for an individual user's business, brokerage, contracts, or workflow unless separately agreed upon.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Help Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the product.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version will be posted at agenthelpsystems.com.
